LOCAL PICKUP​

Pickup is only available to Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire residents. Pickup will be available in cities surrounding Haverhill, MA. Exact pickup location will be disclosed when your order is ready. I will contact you via email after your order is placed with more details. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping. This allows time for us to assure only the best quality. Each print is custom ordered at the time of purchase and packaged with love by HeartFelArt.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return & exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase from HeartFelArt. We understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the process of returning or exchanging items as simple as possible.


We stand behind the quality of our art pieces, and if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help. Whether it's a refund or an exchange, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and confidence when shopping with us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE​

  • Prints can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery as long as they're in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.​

DAMAGES IN SHIPPING

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to me within 3 days of delivery with photos sent to heartfelart@yahoo.com. I'll work with you right away to replace, refund, or resolve the issue.​
